May Paving: 12 quote requests from the website since the redesign.
Brodie and Kayla’s paving and landscaping business in Gawler. We redesigned their website in September 2026 around one job: turning a visit into a quote request they can price.

Where they started.
Most of May Paving’s work starts with someone asking for a price. Brodie is on the tools all day and Kayla runs the quotes, so a message that just says “how much for paving?” means phone calls back and forth before they can even start.
The business had grown from driveways into patios, garden landscaping and repairs, and the site needed to show that range and bring in quote requests with enough detail to price.
The build.
A full redesign
Live on 16 September 2026: a bold, photo-led site built around their own jobs. Every existing page address was kept, so nothing that was already working had to start again.
A quote form that asks the right questions
Suburb, type of job (12 options, from driveway paving and patios to repairs and garden landscaping), a short description of the job, and up to 8 photos of the area, so Kayla can start on a price before anyone measures up.
Every request, straight to the owners
Each request lands with Brodie and Kayla as a branded email with the photos attached, spam is screened out first, and the customer gets an email confirming it arrived.
Faster on a phone
On the same throttled phone test, the main content now shows in 1.4 seconds instead of 4.3.

Lab test, 11 Oct 2026: the old and new homepage built from the site’s own code, Lighthouse mobile throttling, medians of three runs. Not real-visitor data.
How we tested itCounted from the quote-request emails the website sends to May Paving (we get a copy), from the day the redesign went live to 11 Oct 2026. Spam, sales pitches and our own test messages are left out, and customers aren’t named. How many became jobs is between May Paving and their customers, so we don’t claim it.
