Is hosting included in my website build?

Selected builds include up to 12 months of free hosting. After any free period in your build, your site moves onto a care plan. Your quote shows exactly what your build includes.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Plans are month to month, from $40/month. If you pay yearly (from $330/year), the plan renews each year, we email you before it does, and you can cancel any time before the renewal date. Any price change comes with at least 30 days' written notice by email.

Which plan should I choose?

Standard ($40/month) covers everything a live site needs, including the monthly report. Growth ($70/month) adds Google Business Profile upkeep, ongoing SEO work and keyword tracking, and is the one most businesses after more enquiries choose. SEO Pro ($95/month) adds more keywords, new content each month and a competitor watch.

How quickly do you reply to a request?

We reply within 1 business day. Send requests by email or through the Requests panel in your client portal.

Can I make changes to my own website?

Most clients can. From the client portal you open a page, click on the words or photo you want to change, and publish. Every change is saved, so it can be undone. If you would rather we made the change, just send a request.
