The people behind it
Meet Shandy and Lisa
Shandy and Lisa run the little South East Asian street-food shop at Shop 3, 1A Para Road, Tanunda: bánh mì rolls filled at the counter, salad bowls, sticky rice, cold rolls and a build-it-your-way buffet, with phở or laksa on the specials board when the mood strikes.

The problem
A shop with real character, and no template would do it justice.
If you know Tanunda, you probably already know Asian Tucker: bánh mì rolls filled at the counter while you wait, salad bowls, sticky rice, cold rolls, sushi rolls and a build-it-your-way buffet.
The easy move would have been a standard restaurant template. But the shop has real character: hand-stuck stickers, a chalked menu, a cheeky monkey on the branding, and two owners whose voices you can hear in every sign.
The solution
Built like a market stall: warm paper, one chilli red, and the monkey at work.
So we built the website the same way you’d build a market stall: warm paper backgrounds, one hot chilli red, poster-scale type, torn-paper edges between sections, and the monkey doing actual jobs around the page.
The full menu is up, along with a specials board, the story of the shop in Shandy and Lisa’s own words, and a catering enquiry form that lands straight in their inbox. A visual admin editor lets the team update dishes themselves.
Getting found
Under the personality it’s a proper local-SEO build: fast static pages, structured data so Google knows exactly what and where the shop is, and the natural ways people search (Vietnamese rolls, banh mi Tanunda, Asian takeaway Barossa).
We also set up a new Google Business Profile for the shop.

Clicks and impressions: the client’s own Google Search Console. Non-branded leaves out searches for the business name. Enquiries: forms plus calls and emails tapped from the website, from our client portal; calls and emails are counts only until tracking covers two full periods. Form % only where the earlier period had 3 or more; rises and drops are both shown. CTR (click-through rate) is clicks ÷ impressions: how often people who see the listing on Google choose it. When impressions fall but clicks, forms or CTR rise, the impressions change is shown in grey, not red. Results vary by business and market.
