May Paving is a family-owned, husband-and-wife business in Gawler. Brodie is on every job and Kayla runs the quotes and admin. They do driveways, patios and outdoor entertaining areas, paving around pools, paths, retaining walls, landscaping, thin pavers for covered patios, and paving repairs and relays, across Gawler, the Barossa and northern Adelaide. You can find them at May Paving.

Where they started

We built May Paving’s first website in May 2026. As the business grew from driveways into pool surrounds, patios and full backyard renovations, it needed a site that showed that range and did the first part of the sale on its own, because Brodie is on the tools all day and Kayla is fitting quotes around everything else.

What we did

A redesign around their own job photos. In September 2026 we rebuilt the site from the ground up: a bold homepage, a gallery that filters by driveways, patios, pool surrounds, landscaping and commercial work, and a quote form that takes photos of the area, so Kayla can start on a price before Brodie measures up.

Pages for the places they work. Gawler pages for paving, landscaping and retaining walls, plus pages for paving in Adelaide and northern Adelaide, written around how locals search.

Their Google Business Profile, set up for search. Every paving and landscaping service, with descriptions, and the 20 areas they work in, Gawler first.

Guides that answer real questions. Nine guides so far, from pavers vs a concrete driveway and what paving costs per square metre, to getting the fall right so water drains away from the house.

Enquiries that reach them, not the bots. Quote requests arrive as branded emails with the photos attached and spam filtered out, customers get a confirmation straight away, and if someone starts a quote and stops, Brodie and Kayla get a heads-up so they can follow up.

The results

33 website enquiries. From 21 August to 26 October 2026, May Paving’s website brought in 24 quote requests through the form, plus 8 calls and 1 email tapped straight from the site since call tracking began in early September: 33 enquiries in all, counted in our client portal. Spam, sales pitches and tests are not in that number.

October doubled September. September 2026 brought 10 enquiries (5 quote requests, 4 calls and 1 email). October has brought 20 so far: 16 quote requests and 4 calls.

Real jobs. October’s quote requests came from Gawler, Evanston Park, Angle Vale, Nuriootpa, Two Wells, Salisbury, Andrews Farm, Redbanks, Roseworthy, Athelstone and more: driveway relays and new driveways, patios and outdoor entertaining areas, pool surrounds, retaining walls and raised garden beds.

Top of Google Maps around Gawler. On Google Maps, May Paving was #1 for “paving” searched from Gawler (13 and 20 October 2026), and in the top three at all 9 points of a 3 km grid around Gawler (5 October, re-checked 13 October 2026).

More clicks from Google. 76 clicks from Google search over 25 September to 22 October 2026, up 58% from 48 in the 28 days before, as impressions grew from 1,513 to 2,957. Click-through rate eased from 3.2% to 2.6% as the site started showing for many more searches (Search Console).

The result that matters most is theirs: Brodie and Kayla are booked out until mid-January 2027 and taking bookings into the new year (October 2026).
