Facebook & Instagram ads for 25 years of Schwarz Wine Co.
Schwarz Wine Co turns 25 this year, and the Barossa family winery is celebrating with Farmer on Fire, a day at Artisans of Barossa in Tanunda on Saturday 14 November. Our team made the Facebook and Instagram ads that send people to the tickets: a 15-second reel and two image ads.

Schwarz Wine Co turns 25 this year, and the family is marking it with Farmer on Fire: 25 years of Schwarz, on Saturday 14 November 2026 from 11am to 5pm at Artisans of Barossa, 24 Vine Vale Road, Tanunda. Tickets are on Eventbrite, and sales close on 3 November. Our job was the Facebook and Instagram ads that get the word out.
What we started with
The Schwarz team sent two photos and two designs of their own: the whole family in front of the barrels, and Jason with a glass of red. The designs had the right look, but they were print-shaped, close to A4. In a phone feed they would be cropped, and in Stories and Reels the date and venue sat right where Instagram puts its caption and button.
The image ads
We rebuilt both designs at the sizes Meta uses, 4:5 for the feeds and 9:16 for Stories and Reels, keeping the winery’s own fonts, colours, logo and photos. The date and venue became two big lines you can read on a phone, a tan bar was added with “Tickets on sale now · Sales close 3 Nov”, and every line of text sits inside the safe zone, so nothing hides under Instagram’s buttons. We fixed a small typo on the way through, too.

The reel
The reel is 15 seconds, short enough to watch to the end in a feed. It opens on the family and the Schwarz logo, moves to Jason, then shows Artisans of Barossa itself so people can picture the day, before the date, the venue and a bottle of their Meta Mataro on the closing card. The cuts land on the beat of the music, which is cleared for paid ads. We checked every frame so text never sits over anyone’s face.
Alcohol ads on Facebook and Instagram can only be shown to adults, so these are set to adults only. The one glass of wine on screen is in Jason’s own shot.
Who sees them
The ads are aimed at adults around Adelaide and the Barossa, out to Gawler and the edge of the Adelaide Hills, who are into wine, food and local events. They run on Facebook and Instagram until ticket sales close on 3 November, and every tap goes straight to the ticket page. We’ll look at how they went once sales close.
Keen to go? Grab a ticket for Farmer on Fire on Eventbrite before 3 November. If you have an event, a new menu or a season to push, Facebook and Instagram ads sit alongside our Google Ads work and our social media and content work, run by the same family-owned team in Nuriootpa.
