326 orders in just over three weeks: My Positive Perspectives on Shopify.

We moved Cia’s online store of mindfulness gift boxes and care packages off Wix and onto a clean Shopify build. From 21 September to 13 October 2026 it took 326 orders and $14,670 in sales. Here’s what we did, and what Cia said.

Key takeaways

  • From 21 September to 13 October 2026, My Positive Perspectives took 326 orders and $14,670 in sales through its Shopify store (figures from the store owner).
  • We built the store fresh on Shopify with 75 products, rather than copying the old Wix template.
  • 15 old Wix addresses were 301-redirected, the store was audited, and welcome and abandoned-checkout emails were set up in Klaviyo.

My Positive Perspectives is Cia’s online store of mindfulness gift boxes and care packages, posted Australia-wide. It started on Wix, and it had outgrown it. Wix cost more to run for this store, was harder to manage, loaded slower and gave less control over SEO. Cia agreed to the move on 26 August 2026.

The result

From 21 September to 13 October 2026, just over three weeks, the store took 326 orders and $14,670 in sales. Those are the store’s own totals, reported to us by Cia on 13 October 2026.

“Massive thank you, we are so grateful for such a great transfer, and this wouldn’t have happened if we didn’t change off Wix and to Shopify.” Cia, My Positive Perspectives

What we did

A clean Shopify build, not a copy of the old Wix template. Products, collections, pages and blog content moved across, with 75 products in the store by late September. The store was handed to Cia’s own Shopify account on 27 August 2026.

Old links that still work. Changing platforms puts a store’s Google listings at risk, so we checked every old Wix address the Internet Archive had recorded and 301-redirected 15 of them to their new Shopify pages. An old link to /product-page/new-mums, for example, now lands on the New Mum Reset gift box.

A full store audit. On 14 September 2026 we checked titles, broken old links and structured data, and added business, website and FAQ schema.

Emails that bring customers back. Welcome and abandoned-checkout emails went live in Klaviyo on 2 September 2026, so new subscribers hear from the store and people who leave a checkout get a reminder.

We still look after the store day to day. The full story, with dates on every step, is in the My Positive Perspectives case study.

Thinking of moving your store off Wix?

If your Wix store feels slow, costly or hard to manage, a move to Shopify doesn’t have to cost you your Google listings or your old links. We plan the redirects first, then build the new store clean. Have a look at our Wix to Shopify migrations, or tell us about your store and we’ll tell you honestly whether moving makes sense.
