One call for the whole list.

SA Elite Handyman & Property Maintenance is Lindsay Garner’s business: repairs, upkeep, rental work and odd jobs, mainly across the Adelaide Hills and out to Gawler and the Barossa. We built his brand identity and his website from scratch.

Every home has the list: the door that sticks, the flyscreen with a tear in it, the hole in the plaster, the gutters nobody wants to climb up to. SA Elite Handyman & Property Maintenance, a handyman service for the Adelaide Hills and Gawler, is Lindsay Garner’s answer to it. Most of his jobs are in the Adelaide Hills, and the Gawler-based sole trader also covers Adelaide, the Barossa and the Murraylands, with the Riverland by arrangement.

The small jobs a lot of trades won’t take

Lindsay’s promise is simple: no job too big or too small, and every quote is free. His handyman services cover general repairs and maintenance, painting and wall repairs, gutter cleaning and pressure washing, home window tinting, doors, locks and flyscreens, TV mounting and flat-pack assembly, and overgrown yards cleaned up and carted off. He is also happy to take on rental work, from repairs between tenants to touch-ups before a final inspection. Plumbing, gas and electrical need a licensed trade, and Lindsay will point you to one rather than have a go himself.

A brand and a website, built together

We did more than the website for SA Elite. Our brand identity work gave the business its logo, a full brand board setting out its colours and type, and matching business cards, so everything a customer sees looks like the same business.

The website followed, built SEO-first around the way people actually look for a handyman. There are pages for Gawler, the Barossa Valley, the northern suburbs and the Riverland, and the homepage lists the real suburbs he covers. The quote form asks for a name and phone number and not much else, and takes up to six photos straight from a phone, so Lindsay can see the job before he calls back. The gallery of his work is straight off his phone too: jobs part-way through, finished rooms, outside work, and a before-and-after slider of a repainted hallway. Afterpay is available on jobs.

Winning work before launch

The site started earning straight away. Five quote requests came through it between 26 Jul and 19 Aug 2026, while the build was still being finished and before the full launch, as we reported in our real results round-up. Lindsay has been booked out since. His customers say it better than we can. From one of his Google reviews, by Breyden Davies: “Wonderful customer service, very punctual and honest! Couldn’t recommend anyone more! 10/10 experience”.

If your own list is getting long, Lindsay is the person to call. You can see how the brand and site came together on our SA Elite Handyman portfolio page.
