My Positive Perspectives is Cialee Whitehorn’s small Australian business: mental-health care boxes, gift boxes and gentle reminders, sent Australia-wide. We moved her store to Shopify in August 2026 and look after it now.
Nobody should feel unnoticed. That belief sits at the top of the About page of My Positive Perspectives, an online store of mindfulness gift boxes and care packages, and it explains everything Cialee Whitehorn sells. Hers is a small Australian online store that posts Australia-wide, built to bridge the gap between silent struggles and genuine support, one gentle reminder at a time.
Care boxes for the moments that are hard to put into words
The heart of the range is a set of themed gift boxes, each made for a particular moment: a Tea & Talk Box, a Quiet Night Kit, a Slow Morning Gift Box, a Student Survival Gift Box, a Hospital Comfort Gift Box and a Thinking of You Gift Box, plus the smaller Little Lift Mailer for posting a quick pick-me-up. Around them sit the everyday pieces: Positive Pals pins, plushies and keychains, stickers, tote bags, notebooks and journals, mugs, greeting cards and digital downloads such as planners and workbooks.
Two things make the store feel different from a standard gift shop. First, 10% of proceeds go to charity and there are free items in every box. Second, people can build their own care box by choosing from 32 items, from tea, socks and a candle to a blanket, a book or a pair of headphones. There is also a Donate a Box page, where Cialee works with community organisations and support services to deliver donated boxes to people facing things like loneliness, a hospital stay, financial hardship or homelessness. Businesses can order in bulk for staff wellbeing, client thank-yous and events.
From Wix to Shopify
My Positive Perspectives started life as a Wix store rather than one of our own builds, and at first we simply looked after it: care, tidy-ups, speed and local SEO. In August 2026 we moved the whole store across to Shopify. The new store keeps her soft pastel look, with a homepage that puts new arrivals, best sellers and shop-by-category browsing up front, and clear pages for FAQs, shipping and returns, donations and corporate gifts. Shoppers see free shipping on orders over $100 from the top of every page, and the site links to her daily 7:30pm live videos on Instagram and TikTok, where followers can ask questions and watch their orders being packed. It is exactly the kind of work we cover on our Shopify and Wix websites page.
