Referral Program Terms

1. The program

The JB Digital Barossa referral program is run by Joshua Button, trading as JB Digital Barossa (ABN 26 344 199 586) (“we”, “us”). It thanks our clients for introducing new businesses to us.

A “referrer” is a current JB Digital Barossa client. A “new client” is a business that is not already our client and was not already talking to us about a project before the referral.

2. The rewards

• The new client gets $100 off any build, taken off the price in their quote.
• The referrer gets 2 months of their care plan free.

3. When the rewards apply

Rewards apply once the new client pays their build deposit. Nothing is owed for an enquiry, a quote or a call on its own.

The referrer’s 2 free months apply to their next care-plan invoices after the deposit is paid. If the referrer is still in a free hosting period, the free months apply to their first care-plan invoices once it ends. If the referrer is on an annual care plan, the free months are added to the end of their current year.

The referrer needs to be on a care plan with us when the free months are applied.

4. Limits

• One reward per new client. If more than one client refers the same business, the first referral we receive counts.
• Each new client a referrer introduces earns its own reward.
• Rewards have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another business, or used on anything other than the build or care plan described above.
• The new client’s discount can be combined with our seasonal offers, such as our Black Friday offer. It comes off after the seasonal discount.

5. Reviews

Referral rewards are never given for reviews. We do not offer discounts, free months or anything else in exchange for a Google review or any other review, and leaving a review, or not leaving one, has no effect on a referral or its reward.

6. Changes to the program

We may change or end the program with notice, by updating this page and letting current clients know by email. Rewards already earned before a change (where the new client has paid their build deposit) will still be honoured.

7. General

Our Terms of Service also apply to every build and care plan, including clause 9 on care plans and billing. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
