Backing our own backyard.
A local business helping a local business, right here at home — we've partnered with FoodWorks Nuriootpa to look after their social media and marketing.
When you run a business in a small town, you learn pretty quickly that the town runs on the people in it. The shops, the trades, the clubs, the corner grocer — they're not just where we spend our money, they're what makes the place feel like home.
That's why we're genuinely proud to announce that JB Digital Barossa has partnered with FoodWorks Nuriootpa to look after their social media and marketing.
FoodWorks Nuriootpa is an independently owned and run grocery store in the town we call home. It's the kind of local business that quietly keeps a community ticking along — friendly faces, familiar service, and a genuine care for the people who walk through the door. When the chance came up to help them reach more locals, it was an easy yes.
So what are we actually doing? To start with, we're building and running their Facebook presence — sharing weekly specials, introducing the team, and telling the story of a local shop worth supporting. We're getting their Google presence sorted so people can find them easily. And down the track, we're planning a website to give them a proper home online.
At its heart, this partnership is simple: a local business helping a local business. It's exactly why JB Digital Barossa exists — to help great Barossa businesses be seen, by locals, for locals.
Keep an eye on the FoodWorks Nuriootpa page — there's plenty of good stuff on the way.
